Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy. You qualify for a refund if:

1. Your order wasn’t delivered
2. Your order is under $30
3. Your followers started dropping and did not auto-refill in 48 hours.

We do not offer refunds if:

1. You changed your name in the process of getting new likes/followers/views
2. You removed the post
3. You got another order from another seller and your followers started dropping
4. Your order is over $30, we can not offer refunds, for the new buyers we can offer a sample of a couple hundred followers if you want to buy a bigger service and you’re not sure.

For auto-refill orders:

If the account has bad content or is inactive, which means, no new content is posted, the followers will unfollow you and will not be refilled. 

Note 1: If you buy followers or likes from another resource, you don’t qualify for a refund.

Note 2: Instagram updates may cause some drops in followers, we do not control this and no refund will be given.
